Kindly requested on a bi-weekly or monthly basis

Cancellations

Same day cancellations result in a lost lesson barring extenuating circumstances (e.g. health, emergency, inclement weather)

Make-up lessons

Makeup lessons are offered within a 2 week window.  If a suitable time cannot be arranged the lesson can be "banked" for future use.  Only one banked lesson can be held at any point.  

Referrals

A complimentary lesson will be provided for any referrals that result in a follow-up lesson.
